The Red Pencil is looking for certified art therapists who are willing to organize art therapy international missions in the Gulf region: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
The art therapists will be expected to plan a mission in these countries by selecting potential partner organizations (e.g. hospitals, school, homes, NGOs) that can collaborate with The Red Pencil.

The identified partner organization/s should meet the following criteria:
• Reliable, with a track record of professionalism
• Caters to about 100 beneficiaries (e.g. children, teens and/or adults)
• Preferably set for, or open to online interventions (i.e. with available computer, internet access) if in-person sessions are challenging in the current pandemic
• Works with caregivers and/or teachers willing to receive a self-care Training-of-Trainers on art therapy by The Red Pencil, also equipping them to use those new tools with their beneficiaries
• Open to the concept of Monitoring and Evaluation to provide our funders with evidence-based impact assessments.
• Caters to about 100 beneficiaries (e.g. children, teens and/or adults)

The art therapists will be welcome to be involved in the implementation of the mission, should they be available then. Their work as a certified art therapist during the mission will be remuneration.
