Art to Heart: A Charity Art Exhibition – Your Donation Makes A Difference!

The Red Pencil (Singapore) hosted the “Art to Heart: A Charity Art Exhibition" from 28 to 30 April 2023 at The Culture Story (2 Leng Kee Road, #03-06, Thye Hong Centre, Singapore 159086), to raise funds to provide creative arts therapy programmes for children, families and seniors in Singapore.

Artworks were sourced from Singapore’s visual artists, spanning the gamut from young & emerging names to established and senior artists. The charity art exhibition was open to the public and admission was free.

Donations from this campaign will be used to provide free or subsidised creative arts therapy services for the less-privileged in Singapore, ensuring they are not deprived of the opportunities for clinical interventions that can enhance their mental wellbeing and resilience to overcome life challenges. The funds will also help the organisation to intensify its outreach efforts to raise awareness of the professional help that individuals can access when faced with mental distress and trauma.

Following the charity art exhibition, 11 art pieces are still available for avid art collectors.

You may view these art pieces in our e-catalogue here.

To support this fundraising initiative, patrons may choose to make an outright cash donation of any value to The Red Pencil (Singapore). Patrons would also receive exclusive donated artworks as a token of appreciation for donations above certain amounts. A donation acknowledgement form will be given to donors and the donations are eligible for tax deduction.
