OUR CAUSE

We bring the power of creative arts therapy (art, music, movement and dance) to children and low-income families in Singapore facing overwhelming life circumstances which they have difficulty expressing in words.

We partner with schools, foster homes, family service centres and health-related associations and help them incorporate creative arts therapy as a part of their existing psycho-social programmes.

WE ARE HERE FOR YOU

Our new centre at Redhill is now open and we are kicking if off with a variety of programmes for you!

Our on-site programmes are facilitated by certified and registered art therapists who will guide you through the therapeutic artmaking activities and discussions! These sessions will offer you a safe and comfortable space to express your feelings and thoughts, and allow you to journey through your worries and concerns with the company of our art therapists.

REBOUND EXHIBITION

“ReBound: Journeying COVID with Art Therapy" is a series of community art exhibitions sharing the unique artworks created by Singapore children and youth, based on their experiences with the COVID-19 pandemic and their reflections throughout their therapeutic journeys in 2021.

Contributors in this exhibition series were empowered to select their own artworks, narratives, and insights that best represent their journey with the pandemic.

Artworks were put on display from 7 February to 13 March at The Red Pencil (Singapore)’s Creative Art Therapy Centre in Redhill. However, the virtual exhibition can still be accessed here.
