The Red Pencil is looking for an experienced art therapy supervisor for our creative arts therapy intervention in India.
The supervisor will:
• review the Arts-based Capacity Building Training programme content
• provide supervision services to art therapists during implementation
• provide supervision services to art therapists during implementation
• participate in the evaluation of the mission
Estimated start date: May 2022
The supervisor must be able to speak English and have experience in working in a multicultural setting.
The Arts-based Capacity Building Training programme has the following objectives:
• to equip the caregivers with knowledge of mental health and trauma care through the use of creative arts therapy tools and techniques which can be used to support their beneficiaries (children)
• to equip the caregivers with self-care and coping skills through creative arts therapy
